When should I hire?

What if I don’t know how to properly train or manage my virtual assistant?

No worries! Our virtual assistant manager knows how to properly train and manage your virtual assistant(s). Not only that, but we will manage your virtual assistant(s) from an HR perspective meaning you only have to manage the day-to-day and tell your manager what needs to be done.

Can my VA have an email account with my company (e.g. Sally@mycompany.com)?

Yes, in fact, we highly recommend this practice because it allows your VA to seamlessly integrate with your organization and become part of your team.

Is my VA fluent in the English language?

Our VAs are not native speakers. Nevertheless, they are fluent in English both written and oral.

How safe is my information?
We use various security measures to keep your accounts safe, including ExpressVPN, LastPass, Duo Security, Spinbackup, and Avast.
How do you ensure confidentiality?
We can sign a mutual NDA with our clients when needed.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 6PM EST.
How are you different from OnlineJobs or another VA website?

OnlineJobs and other websites for sourcing virtual assistants give you access to see which virtual assistants are available (and they aren’t free). You still have to go through the process of interviewing, vetting, and onboarding. We take the hassle of sourcing out of your hands. How do I get in touch with my VA Manager?

You will only connect with VA Manager and he will delegate or train VA for performing your tasks. You can use phone, email, SMS, or your preferred communication app like Skype, slack to contact your Manager.

How do I keep track of my hours?
We send weekly reports on the work done (besides our official weekly reports we usually send daily reports as well) to ensure you’re aware of how many hours you’ve used.
Will my virtual assistant be working on the weekends or holidays?

Our working time is Monday-Friday. You can submit your tasks anytime and your virtual assistant will make sure to get to them asap on the following business day. Our VAs only provide support on holidays when you make a special request in advance.

Can I meet my VA in person or attend physical events and meetings with me?

No, we do not provide in-person meetings with VA at this time. You will be connected only with VA Manager. However, you can meet with VA Manager only.

Billing, Refunds, Cancellation?

What do virtual assistants typically cost hourly?
Virtual assistants cost $7.99/hour. This equates to about $1,278/month. These monthly prices are assuming virtual assistants are full-time (40 hours/week).
What happens if I need more support than I’ve prepaid for? Can I receive more hours?
You can add more hours at the same hourly price as your current plan.
What if I don’t need a full-time virtual assistant?
That’s fine with us! You have complete control over how much (or little) your virtual assistant works. We do suggest to start with trial job or part time package or just let us know how many total hours to ensure you’re getting the most out of your virtual assistant, though. That equates to 4 hours per day that you’ll have your virtual assistant to work on whatever tasks you need.
Do I pay extra if I need to work with more than one VA?
No, we provide extra support at no additional charge. Your hours will be calculated with both VA worked hours in your current package.
What happens after I sign up?
After you sign up, you will go through our onboarding process and start collaborating with your VA Manager. We’ll make sure you know exactly how to start delegating.
Do you have a trial period?
We offer paid 7-days trial job package, which comes first so that new Clients can be sure we do good quality work before having to pay for our part time or full time services.
How does billing work?
We are a subscription-based service. Your first invoice is due at the commencement of the service. We will then charge you on the same day every month, unless you cancel your subscription.
How do I pay my virtual assistant?
Payment is done easily through stripe. It’s extremely important that you pay your virtual assistant on time (whether that’s weekly, biweekly, or monthly). This will build trust.
How do I cancel the service?

What is your refund policy?
You can receive a refund within the first 7 days of signing up after paying for used hours.
